What's included

Every premium programme combines practical tools with genuine emotional support, structured around what you actually need.

Front-loaded support

Two sessions per week at the start, tapering to one as you build momentum and confidence. You're never left without support when you need it most.

Daily check-ins (including weekends)

WhatsApp and quick reset calls at the start, tapering as you stabilise. Message anytime you're wobbling (within reason) and Andy will answer as soon as he can. You're not doing this alone.

Set check-in days

Agreed check-in days each week so you always know when support is coming. Consistency creates safety.

Evidence-based tools

SMART Recovery principles, occupational therapy frameworks, and addiction behaviour science. No 12-step, no religion. Practical strategies that actually work.

Genuine emotional support

A safe, confidential space to process difficult feelings (shame, frustration, fear, loneliness) with someone who genuinely understands. You'll feel heard, not lectured.

Fully confidential

Everything discussed stays between you and Andy. No shared records, no third-party referrals without consent. A space where you can be completely honest.

Is this right for you?

Premium coaching works best when there's commitment on both sides. Here's who it's designed for.

This is for you if…

  • You're ready to make a real change and want structured support
  • You want evidence-based coaching, not a 12-step or religious approach
  • You're looking for accountability, practical tools, and genuine emotional support
  • You're based in the UK or anywhere worldwide (sessions are online)
  • You want a coach with lived experience, professional qualifications, and real empathy

This isn't the right fit if…

  • You're in active crisis or need emergency medical support
  • You need detox or residential treatment (we can help you find that)
  • You're looking for a therapist or counsellor (this is coaching)
  • You want a drop-in, no-commitment arrangement (try myrecovery.me instead)
Important: This is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. UK: Call 999, go to A&E, contact Samaritans on 116 123, or call the NHS helpline on 111 (option 2 for mental health crisis). Outside the UK: Please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.

Availability & waitlist

Premium coaching is intentionally limited because it involves a lot of direct support from me. I take on 2–3 clients at a time.

If I'm at capacity, you can still apply. I'll review your application and come back with:

  • whether I'm the right fit for what you need
  • the next available start date (typical wait time is 2–3 weeks)

Frequently asked questions

What are check-ins for?

Check-ins are quick touchpoints to help you stay steady in the moments that matter, managing urges before they escalate, getting confidence boosts when motivation dips, staying accountable to your plan, and navigating high-risk moments (weekends, evenings, stress, social situations). They're also there for emotional support when things feel overwhelming. You can message me anytime you're wobbling, even between scheduled check-ins (within reason, and I'll answer as soon as I can). They're brief and action-focused, not long therapy conversations. We're not an emergency service, so if you're in crisis, please contact 999, A&E, Samaritans (116 123), or NHS 111 (option 2).

How do check-in days work?

Check-in days are agreed on your introductory call. You'll have set days each week when Andy will be available to you, not 24/7 on-call, but consistent and reliable. Daily WhatsApp check-ins are included at the start, tapering as you stabilise. You'll always know when support is coming.

What kind of support do I get between sessions?

Between sessions you have access to WhatsApp check-ins for both practical and emotional support. If you're having a tough day, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a quick confidence boost, you can reach out. Andy responds personally, it's not automated, and it's not clinical. It's genuine, human support.

What happens after I apply?

Andy will review your application and be in touch within 1–2 working days to arrange a free 10–15 minute introductory call. If it's a good match, you'll confirm your programme and start date.

Can I extend my programme?

Yes. If you'd like more time, programmes can be extended at the same weekly rate. This is discussed during your programme, not at the last minute.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is recovery coaching, focused on practical tools, skills, accountability, and genuine emotional support. Andy is not a therapist or counsellor, and this is not a clinical service. But you will feel heard, understood, and cared for.

What if I'm in crisis?

This is not an emergency or crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. In the UK: call 999, go to A&E, contact Samaritans on 116 123, or call the NHS helpline on 111 (option 2 for mental health crisis). Outside the UK: please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.

Do you offer a free consultation?

There's a free 10–15 minute introductory call after you apply. This is to make sure the programme is right for you, not a sales call. It's a relaxed conversation where you can ask anything.
