The transition out of rehab is one of the hardest parts
Residential rehab provides structure, safety, and round-the-clock support. Leaving that environment, however ready you feel, puts you back in the real world, often without the same level of accountability or emotional grounding.
Research consistently shows that the weeks and months after discharge carry the highest risk of relapse. Not because rehab didn't work, but because re-entry is genuinely difficult, both practically and emotionally.
Post-rehab coaching bridges that gap. It's structured, practical support combined with genuine emotional care, designed specifically for this transition, helping you apply what you learned in treatment to everyday life while feeling supported through the tough moments.

Frequently asked questions
When should I start post-rehab coaching?
Ideally before you leave residential treatment. Getting support in place before discharge means there's no gap, you have accountability and emotional grounding from day one. If you've already left rehab, it's not too late to start.
Is this the same as aftercare from my rehab?
No. Most rehab aftercare is group-based and time-limited. Post-rehab coaching with Andy is individual, structured, and focused on your specific situation, combining practical tools with genuine emotional support, not a generic group programme.
What if I relapse during the programme?
Relapse is a common part of recovery, not a reason to stop coaching. Andy's approach is non-judgemental and compassionate, a relapse is something to work through together, both practically and emotionally, not a failure that ends the programme.
Do I need to have been in residential rehab to access this?
This page is specifically designed for people leaving residential treatment, but if you've had another form of structured treatment and are looking for re-entry support, get in touch and we can discuss whether it's a good fit.
Is this an emergency or crisis service?
No. This is structured coaching, not crisis support. If you're in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. In the UK: call 999, go to A&E, contact Samaritans on 116 123, or call the NHS helpline on 111 (option 2 for mental health crisis). Outside the UK: please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.
Can I extend my programme?
Yes. If you need more time, the programme can be extended at the same weekly rate. This is discussed during the programme, not at the last minute.
